I am listing my 2000 Volkswagen Beetle for sale. I have not owned this car very long. I purchased it on Ebay knowing I had work to do on it. I bought it as a "project car" and I have not been able to work on it. This car is not in the best condition. When I purchased the car I had a mechanic that was going to fix its mechanical issues for me. Unfortunately, he had some serious health issues come up and closed his shop. The next closest mechanic I can find that works on import cars is 1 hour away from me. I just decided to sell it. It's just been taking up space in my garage and I finally realized I'm not going to do anything with it. Some of the problems that I know for sure the car has is as follows: 1. No air conditioner 2. The driver seat is broken. You either sit right up at the steering wheel, or so far back you can't reach the pedals. 3. Most of the interior is broken. Door handles, emergency brake, door panels, etc. 4. The radio doesn't work. 5. The main issue is that something runs the battery down every time it is driven. The cables have to be taken off the battery or it has to be charged to be driven. The motor in the car seems to be in really good condition. I have driven it all over the place and it runs very well.
