When I first drove this car I noticed that when you put the car in park the computer would not sense that the car was actually in park. A message would come across the screen saying "Transmission","Secure vehicle with parking brake when stationary. Consult service center." The BMW also has the "N" flashing when it is in park. We had the local BMW Dealership here in Lubbock look at it ad they say it needs a Mechatronics Unit. The car does go in to park and does everything it is supposed to do besides the warning on the info display. I had my wife driving this car and we have taken it out of town. We have put about 800 miles on it with no problems and get tons of looks and compliments on it. The exterior on this car is in great condition with only the less then normal wear you would find on a car of this year and mileage. The interior is also in great condition with less then normal wear to be found on any of the leather surfaces. I would not be afraid to jump in this car and go anywhere I needed to go.
