CR500/ CR Aluminum frame conversion Completely rebuilt and restored to factory spec Engine: 2001 CR500 Engine New top and bottom ends Brand new piston/Rings, Crank Rebuild kit New Clutch and Plates New main bearings and new transmission bearings All seals and gaskets have been replaced New FMF Pipe and Silencer New exhaust mounts and springs Drive: New Factory Honda clutch plates New chain and sprockets New Warp 9 Front and Rear Wheel set New front and rear tires Swing arms and linkage bearings have been replaced and repacked New steering stem bearings have been installed Brakes : New Front Master Cylinder rebuild kit installed New front caliper rebuild kit New Rear Master Cylinder rebuild kit New rear caliper rebuild kit New Tusk wave brake disc and pads Suspension: Stock with new seals and maxima fork oil Cooling systems: New oversized custom radiator with anodized fitting red and blue New water pump, seals and gaskets New Honda water pump hoses New fuel line and fuel petcock Frame: We used a Generation 4 aluminum CRF450 frame with: New 6061 aluminum cradle with CNC motor mounts, and custom CNC cut head stay. Frame is tig welded, done by a professional licensed welder. The frame is then Bead-blasted, and inspected to be free of all cracks and flaws. Engines are perfectly clocked for optimal handling. I have done 15+ of this generation frame and have never had a problem. I have 3 Hillclimbers and really put them to the test. Came in 2nd last year in California State Championship and took 1st place 2 years before that. I have sold many bikes before this one and will stand behind my works.
