I also have a 1948 GMC 5 window truck for sale. I have it listed under EBAY classified ads. $750. For Sale: 1952 Chevy 5 window grain truck with hoist. Truck has a 235 6 cylinder engine with a four speed/two speed rear-end. All of the gauges work and the seat was reapolstered 10 years ago. This truck was always sheded and does have dents/scratches and the drivers side door glass is broke out. The grain box is solid with no rot. This truck did run last year but when I tried to get it started this year it wouldn't start. I went and bought a new battery, spark plugs, condenser, & points. I got everything installed but ended up striping the flat head screw for the points. (see pictures) The truck does turn over and there is power to the points. I've just lost all ambition working on it. So, its being sold "as is non-running". I bought this truck from a farm estate sale with no title. Their father had passed away 15 years ago and they couldn't find the title. It was last registered in 1980 & the plate is still on it.
