I purchased my 1988 BMW 635CSI one year ago to use as my daily driver to and from work on nice days (100 miles round trip). My car has traveled almost 10,000 miles in the last 10 months. It has been a PERFECT DRIVER with no issues. It has been a local Pa car from new. Preventative Maintenance I have performed In the past year : All new front suspension pieces at Bob Fox's German Car Service ,Ambler Pa Replaced steering box Replaced alternator and battery Full service including: Oil change, tune up, valve adjustment and replaced hoses. I purchased the car from a older local gentleman who took ownership in 2002 and drove the car 17,000 miles in 14 years. I have full service records from 2002-today. Prior to his ownership In 1997 with 90,000 miles on the BMW, the car had an accident and is now branded antique (because of the year) and SALVAGE (because of the accident). This is a great looking , SOLID and mechanically dependable car. All windows, gauges, sunroof, wipers, mirrors, power seats and cruse control work as they should. The heat/heated seats and AC also work as they should. The only thing not working is the stereo - I BLAME MY WIFE (removable face plate does not attach properly) and power antenna. Tires and rims are like new. Carpet is excellent and the seat leather is soft with no rips or tears. The paint is in very good condition with no big scratches or dents. There is a small crack in the lower front air dam. Garage kept with all service records (that's why I bought it) just a BEAUTIFUL car!! Thanks for looking! Tom 570-249-4804
