1986 Honda TR-200 Fat Cat

Well I'm sure no expert on Honda's but a guy I worked with for many years, had this Fat Cat sitting in his garage, for the last several years. (sitting idle). He bought it new, I think, and says it hasn't been ridden all that much. It was running fine when he last parked it. This bike is almost 30 years old and being sold as-is. I assume it will need a new battery, fresh fuel, etc.? My opening bid is $950.00 with no reserve. If I do not sell it as is, (not running), I will service it all up and get it going again and then re-list it accordingly. I would much rather you plan for the worst, and hope for the best, than be disappointed in anyway. I can only give you a bill of sale, as we do not think it ever was titled from when it was new.The factory stickers state that it is for "off-road" use. (however it has lights, etc.). Now all this having been said... I cant imagine finding a more original, or more un-molested TR-200 like this for the price.I only want the buyer to be as excited as I was when it came my way.I originally listed it as a 1987 ...Correction...It's a 1986 model...Sorry.
