NEW BULLETPROOFED MOTOR!!Certified Clean Carfax, 4x4 Eddie Bauer, Non Smoker and needs nothing. The motor was bulletproofed in July 2014 only using the best parts, by one of the best diesel mechanic's in Northern Ohio. The last owner spent roughly $6,500 in total making this motor stronger & just as reliable as the famous 7.3's. He planned on keeping the truck for years but after he spent thousands, his 6 children thought the exhaust was too loud on long trips. Here is the list of what was replaced to make this Excursion a blast to drive, and ready for another 150,000 miles. I just did a 2 stage buff using Maguires product and the paint looks as nice as our 2k mile Aston Martin. The interior is in great shape, steering wheel has some slight color loss (which you can see in the pictures), I will have it spray dyed prior to sale. It has a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/DVD/Bluetooth double din radio installed. The Bluetooth microphone works great and is located on the top of the drivers A-Pillar. I do have 2 - 7" monitors/tv's for rear passengers that are not currently installed, but will come with the truck's sale. *EGR Delete* *New Injectors (slightly larger)* *New Oil Cooler* *New ICP Sensor**New 20mm Head's by National Cylinder Head* *ARP Head Studs* *New Ford OEM Head Gasket**New IPR Valve* *Updated Turbo Oil Inlet & Drain Line* *Visteon Cold Air Box* *Turbo was removed and cleaned of all carbon build up* *New Plugs & Wires* *Transmission & Coolant Flush/Replaced* *Oil Filter & Change* *SCT Livewire Programmer/Monitor*The Livewire has 9 different gauge's to monitor everything important on the truck, they include the following.** Engine Oil Temp, Coolant Temp, Trans Temp, Turbo Boost, Voltage, Engine Load, Injection Control Pressure, ICP Duty Cycle, FICM Main Internal Injector ** The shocks and struts were replaced at 115,000 miles and the tires are roughly 6/32nds with plenty of tread left. I am personally driving the truck and it couldn't be better, straight as an arrow plus smooth as can be going 70mph on the highway. I drive very little, under 100 miles a week, so miles could go up a bit. The current tune is very similar to stock, the previous owner did this build so this truck would run forever. He did not crank up the boost and run it hard, like so many do. It's running stock boost (roughly 20psi) but has much better power everywhere, low, medium & high power-bands.
