1973 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 for sale by owner. This is a hard to find stock California FJ40 with original paint. I purchased this Landcruiser a few years ago from the second owner in Temecula, CA. I was told that it spent most of it's life in the Borrego Springs desert area. The original f2 inline six engine and three speed transmission feel solid. Runs and drives nice. The Warn hubs turn easily and four wheel high/low gear are in working order. All of the electrical is working as well. There is very minimal rust on this FJ40. Mostly limited to the patina on the original paint and the driver side running board. The floorboards are rust free. The rear quarter panels have had some work done and the color was blended to match the original paint. The driver side seat is in good condition. The passenger side seat has some tears in it. The rear jump seats are in great condition. Most of the smog equipment has been removed from the engine by the prior owner. The engine leaks a little oil from the rear main seal. Sold as is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for pick-up and/or shipping. $500 deposit due within sdf24 hours of close of auction.
