**2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe** **127,700 Highway Miles** **Original Owners - One Owner Car** **Excellent Condition - Inside and Out** **Excellent Gas Mileage - 29 City / 38 Highway** **Clean and Clear Title In Hand** **Recently Serviced at Honda of Princeton** **Valid New Jersey State Inspection through May 2015** You are bidding on a 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe with 127,700 miles that has been owned since new by only us. This car has all the right features and has been well maintained. As the original owners, we hate to see this car go but we are expecting our first baby soon and just purchased a new Lexus RX350 which provides a lot more room for baby. That said, this car would make an excellent first car for a teenager or a great option for commuters given the low operating costs and fabulous gas mileage! We keep excellent records and this car comes with all the original manuals and paperwork (incl. original window sticker), maintenance records, repair records, etc. This Civic Coupe has all the right options, including the rare Fiji Blue Pearl Metallic paint! When my wife purchased this car new (it was her first car after graduating college) she had to wait for a month since this color was a special order. She could have had her choice of over a dozen white, black, tan and silver Civics on the dealers lot, but she wanted to wait for this special color....which really makes the car stand out! The car has power windows and locks, power mirrors, remote keyless entry system, AM/FM/CD player, automatic transmission, cruise control, front driver and passenger airbags, 60/40 rear split fold down seats, AM/FM/CD player, and many other options. We've scanned the original window sticker which lists all of the cars options - take a look below in the pictures! While the car is original in every aspect, about three years ago our AC stopped working and was replaced. All the major components were replaced at a total cost of $3,300! All the repairs were performed by Honda of Princeton, Princeton, NJ using only genuine Honda parts. Mechanically, that has been the only issue with this car and it provides peace of mind knowing that the AC system is practically brand new! We also want to disclose that this has been in two minor accidents - neither of which were our fault. Both accidents were covered by our insurance company (Geico) and repairs were performed by licensed auto body shops recommended and endorsed by Geico. The first accident was caused by ice flying of the roof of an 18-wheeler on the highway. The ice caused my wife to veer of the road and into the highway median, after the ice smashed into her windshield. Repairs included a new front bumper cover, hood, front lights and some trim. The second accident was caused by another driver in a parking lot. Our car wasn't moving - someone was driving too fast and hit the rear side of our car while it was parked. Repairs were minor to the rear bumper cover. Both accidents were also reported to the police and we can provide copies of the accident reports upon request as well as the repair orders for the repair work which was performed. Other than the comments above, the car also has a few minor blemishes on the front and rear bumpers. The most noticeable is the white scratch on the front bumper....from my wife scraping our garage door. The white is from the garage door and can be buffed out I imagine. It did not scrape through the paint. The car is really in awesome shape - driven by a professional to and from work since it was new! We are so confident in the condition of this car, we invite you to bring your mechanic to take a look when you test drive it....or we can drive the car to your mechanic's shop or our local Honda dealer for an inspection. The oil was changed today by Honda of Princeton and the tires were rotated. We also replaced all four hubcaps with Honda OEM hubcaps at the dealer. The older ones had some curb rash - but these new hubcaps are flawless! The brakes are newer, the tires are newer Continental EcoPlus (all four tires were purchased together and all have same tread pattern), all maintenance is up to date, newer floor mats, new rubber all-weather Honda OEM trunk liner, new headlight bulbs, newer battery, newer timing belt and water pump, and so on. The dealer also did a multi-point inspection and found nothing wrong with the car. Here is a quick history of the major services performed recently - October 7, 2011 @ 78,603 miles - Replaced entire A/C systemAugust 3, 2012 @ 91,863 miles - Replaced timing belt, water pump, coolant, several other belts and adjusted rear brakes **As part of Honda's recent Takata airbag recall, the driver's side airbag was replaced this week by Honda of Princeton! So the car comes with a BRAND NEW driver's airbag! There are no other open recalls on this car!** Other than our description, the pictures speak for themselves!
