Perfect patina car for restoration, hot rod, rat rod. Needs some work in all areas but overall a very nice car. On Jan-13-15 at 08:07:50 PST, seller added the following information: I have had a lot of interest and questions. I will do my best to answer all of them. I want the buyer to know what he is getting. The engine turns over and matches the title. I don't know if the transmission is original but it's 3 speed with overdrive on the floor. Emergency brake is stuck and the brakes are not currently working, everything is there just needs to be overhauled. Most of dash is complete, missing some trim and radio. Its not cut up. The front seat needs to be upholstered, the rear seat is very nice. All door panels are very nice. Wood in rear is solid and still has some of the rubber on it. No headliner, no carpet. Starting at the front: Front bumper not perfect but nice, grill is cracked in usual spots, lower valance still has paint on it. Battery tray not rusted out. Fender aprons still black and no rust. Firewall still has paint on top and bottom. Entire engine bay is very nice. Two small rust holes on bottom of front fenders. Outer skin only. Passenger front fender was hit long ago but has been roughed out. Rockers are solid, passenger needs some work but not replaced. All doors still have paint all around, they open and close perfectly. All door jams look good, the drivers front looks to be the only one with pitting and has primer on it. It may be from an old repair. Overall the jams look good. The top is straight, seams look good, old repair over drivers door matches the patina on the car.. I do not see any rework on the floors. They are in good shape except an area on passenger side by the rocker. It can be fixed without an entire section, its very localized. Most of the floors still have factory paint. Inner rear quarters are nice as is entire rear floor. Still paint in tire well. Rear jams for gate still have paint on them. I removed rubber on rear gate and found repair on inner skin, possibly to fix dents long ago. The rear gate looks very solid and outer skin is nice. Rear bumper valance and bumper are perfect. All trim on car is straight, maybe a couple dents, but overall very nice. This car is not perfect but it spent its life in Wyoming and is not a rust bucket. There are dents, old repairs and maybe some that are not to old. I bought the car and have not worked on it so I don't know everything about it but will answer any questions I can. I will upload new pictures of areas that people have asked for. This car can be used for that perfect patina look or its a perfect candidate for a full restoration. Thanks for your time. First the garnish moldings are all in the car, there not all in place though, this was one of the things that happened when the previous owner thought they would restore it. Another question was about the rear trim on the back, once again some of the trim was pulled but I put them back in place for a complete picture. I am having a hard time deleting some of the pictures so I can post some more of areas you want to see.
