I have the top end model of the 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 L engine sedan with navigation. All the other top end features are also included : Heated leather seats, power windows, 6 cd changer, premium Bose sound, sunroof, night rear vision, voice activated commands, keyless entry, dual climate control, front and rear window defoggers, backup camera etc. KBB Value : 18,696 for clean title (Good condition. Not quoting excellent condition value) So, it's discounted heavily (41%) for the accident history and some minor issues: few scratches on the rear side & issue with driver seat while tilting (known for over an year but never bothered me). Upcoming repair : tpm sensor needs to be replaced along with one of the tires in next 6 months. All other tires have good tread. Pricing factors the cost of upcoming repairs. I am also getting a fresh maintenance and repair on the car done on 1/20/14 and will pass on the reports for that as well (paying this cost by myself) so that you have the latest information in your carfax report. I used it mostly for my office commute from Seattle to the eastside on the freeways. Driven with care and most of the miles are freeway miles. New batteries with standard warranty recently installed. Title paid till next year and in hand. Two sets of keys. Drives great , gives good mileage and being Nissan - it's extremely reliable and smooth. Although the car has a rebuilt title and accident history, it has never given me any issues. I will be sharing the accident pictures & details of the repairs performed. The car has always been fueled with premium gas, maintained at the best shops like Greg's Japanese auto and autodynamix bellevue. The accident repairs were performed at H&I Auto which has great ratings as opposed to the insurance shops to make sure that repairs are done with good quality parts and proper care. Offering a great deal and looking for genuine buyers only who have the cash to close.
