Wire wheels, sold new in England and restored from 1985 to 1997 by Naylor Brothers in West Yorkshire, a well known MG restoration facility. Purchased by an Arizona collector around 2008 and used very sparingly. Absolutely superb body with excellent paint. All chrome, rubbers etc are good. Superb engine bay, trunk and underside. Excellent interior - soft leather, good carpets, door panels and dash. Mechanically excellent - has its correct, 1 year only, 1622 cc engine and is a real delight to drive. Only 250 RHD MK II Coupes were built and a total of 521 MK II Coupes. Comes with copious restoration records and lots of receipts from its subsequent Arizona owner along with its Heritage Certificate and English registration paperwork (now on an AZ title). This is a very rare and collectable A Coupe but also a good simple car to own and drive, making it a very sensible car to put in the collection. Inspections encouraged. All sales AS-IS.
