Vehicle Detail
This is my daily driver that I've owned for 4 years. The mileage is as of Jan 18 and will increase slightly as I drive to work. It is the original mileage. Below you will find the complete maintenance history since I've owned it. I have all receipts in a folder that the buyer will receive. You will see that I have gone above and beyond to take care of it and even install a few upgrades. The truck has a Kenwood touch screen unit with Nav and Bluetooth. I have the 2012 maps installed and anyone interested can get the latest maps from Garmin on an SD card. It also has the cable for connecting an Ipod which I use and is great for having all your music at your fingertips. I just installed new tires. They are Goodyear Wranglers and have 6,000 miles on them. I've never used the truck off road but have put it in 4WD low a couple of times on a gravel road just to make sure it works. It does. The interior is spotless and the leather is in great condition. People constantly tell me how nice it is and someone at Tire Kingdom tries to buy it every time I go in. I intended to tow a small boat with it but never did so the money I spent on the tow accessories was a waste. My loss is your gain. The truck needs nothing except a new owner. I'm in the process of shopping for something a little newer so this one needs to go. It's worth $3600 according to KBB but I can't part with it for that so my reserve is a little higher. Payment should be cash or a check with time to clear before any delivery of vehicle or title. I have the title in hand along with two keys, two remotes, owners and service manuals. The vehicle has never been in an accident but has a normal amount of tiny nicks and such, invisible in pictures and from more than 5 feet away. It's at my home in Fort Lauderdale and available for viewing any time. · Purchased 1/24/2011 from local dealer in Pompano Beach, FL · Mileage 28,766Maintenance history: · 28,838 miles, 1/25/2011 – performed at home o Oil and filter changed (Castrol GTX 5W-30 and Motorcraft filter) o Air filter changed with Purolator standard filter o Wiper blades replaced with Bosch Icon on front and generic on back o PCV valve replaced with Purolator PV225 · 28,858 miles, 1/26/2011, Tire Kingdom in Miami o Rotated and balanced tires o Flushed and refilled coolant o Flushed and refilled transmission o Drained and refilled front differential (pumped out) o Drained and refilled rear differential (w/new silicone gasket) o Purged and replaced brake fluid o Purged and replaced power steering fluid o Install Monroe Sensa-Trac shocks in front o Installed Monroe Sensa-Trac load adjusting shocks in rear · 28, 864 miles, 1/27/11, performed at home o Drained and refilled transfer case o Replaced hood lift supports o Added Lucas fuel treatment to tank · 28,872 miles, 1/28/2011, Professional Tint in Miami o 3M 35% window tint installed on front door windows · 28,876 miles, 1/28,2011, Tire Kingdom in Miami o Replaced front upper control arms on both sides o Replaced lower control arm ball joint/bushings on both sides o Completed alignment · 28,880 miles, 1/29/2011, performed at home o Cleaned MAF sensor with CRC cleaner o Replaced fuel filter with Motorcraft OEM o After reconnecting battery, lost RAP/keyless entry functionality · 29,012 miles, 2/1/2011, performed at home o Replaced spark plugs with Motorcraft OEM platinum (plugs installed were likely the originals showing a lot of rust on the exterior and with tips in marginal condition) o Replaced serpentine belt with Dayco o Cleaned IAC valve with CRC MAF cleaner · 29,088 miles, 2/5/2011, performed at home o Replaced RAP keyless module with new Motorcraft unit and programmed two remotes; everything now works normally o Installed Infinity reference 6x8 speakers in all 4 doors · 29,206 miles, 2/17/2011, performed at home o Installed K&N cold air intake that I bought online on a whim o Poured another bottle of Lucas treatment into full tank · 29,340 miles, 2/24/2011, performed at home o Installed new Kenwood DNX6960 head unit o Installed Boyo VTL-375 license plate rear view camera o Ran cables for GPS antenna and rear camera through driver’s side headliner · 29,521 miles, 3/5/2011, performed at home o Installed Hidden Hitch class III receiver o Installed 4-wire trailer connector to factory harness · 30,344 miles, 8/31/2011, Sears Auto Center Coral Gables, FL o New Diehard Gold battery o Old Energizer battery had 2006 date and so it was time to replace · 30, 360 miles, 9/01/2011, Tire Kingdom in Miami o Oil and filter change · 31,000 miles, 9/10/2011, performed at sister’s house in Atlanta o Installed 2 new lift supports for rear window · 31,451 miles, 9/12/2011, Tire Kingdom in Miami o Adjusted left front torsion bar to level (left front was about ¾” lower than right) o Installed 4 new Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires, 50k mile rated o Bought and stored new Cooper Trendsetter spare – original had dry rot · 34,255 miles, 11/04/2011, performed at sister’s house in Atlanta o Installed new leaf springs to replace sagging stock units – raised rear approximately 1” and leveled vehicle nicely front to rear o Installed new Air Lift Ride Control rear air bags.
