1966 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible. 164ci flat 6 engine with 3 speed manual transmission. Recent carb rebuild and tune up. I pulled all the engine covers and sand blasted them and repainted them, fan was cleaned and inspected, engine itself was detailed but engine compartment is original. Got the car from a very long term owners family after his passing. He owned the car from 1978 till 2013. Car runs and drives, all gauges, horn, lights, blinkers work! Newer power top and boot cover. Newer tires. The original AM Radio is not working. Correct colors per trim tag. Few rust bubbles under trim on rocker panels. Not a show car, but an easy project to make a show car. Rare styled wheel covers and power top option. Original owners manual and repair manuals come with it, along with some spare parts. Clear title in my name. Was going to restore the car cosmetically this winter but is fun to drive as is and gets a lot of thumbs up and love as it looks now. It is a very original car with one repaint done some 10 years ago, interior is original and shows how well the car was cared for over the last 49 years. These little Corvair convertibles are RARE and increasing in value! Would love to keep it however I need the space as my car collection is over crowded. I can assist with shipping if needed.
