2002 Suburban 2500 LT, 4x4Hard to Find 8.1 Litre Vortec Engine with 4 Speed Automatic Transmission / Autoride Suspension This has been our family vehicle for the last 5 years and we've loved it. I looked long and hard to find a clean one owner, low mileage, 3/4 ton Suburban with the 8.1 L engine. I found this one up in Tillamook, Oregon and my wife and I flew up there and drove it home. We used it to tow our boat to Lake Powell 2-3 times a summer for two years until we sold our boat. It pulls amazing and has power and torque to spare. The people before us bought it to haul their family and to tow their travel trailer but they never ended up using it to pull with because the husband was given a new F350 by his work and that's what they ended up using to tow their trailer. Long story short, this suburban has been used VERY little to tow. We've meticulously maintained it both cosmetically and mechanically. This Suburban needs nothing but a new family. We wouldn't hesitate driving this around the globe. The paint and glass is all in great shape as is all chrome. No odors. This is a non-smoker vehicle since new. No tears or significant wear signs in any of the leather seats or interior panels. Very clean inside and out !! Engine runs fantastic … smooth and quiet. Transmission shifts perfect with no issues. I think you'll be hard pressed to find an overall nicer 3/4 ton Suburban with the 8.1. We just drove it to San Diego over the holiday break and it ran great as always. Fly in and drive it home !
