I bought this truck about 4 years ago and my wife drove it for 2 years before I decided to restore it and took it off the road. I have gotten as for as a restored running, rolling chassis. There has been very little work done on the body, so that's where the restoration needs to be finished. I stripped this truck down completely, right down to every nut and bolt. I stripped the frame down completely and prepped it for paint. I used por15 on the frame so it has a gloss ceramic type finish on it. I replaced the brake line system and fuel line system with stainless steel lines and stainless steel emergency brake cable. The entire suspension and drive train is rebuilt with new parts. Every nut and bolt has been replaced with new grade 8 bolts or stainless. Also has a new fuel tank and rebuilt drive train. The motor was built by tacheon racing in Jacksonville, FL. It is a 350 bored to a 355 CI with a mild cam and is said to produce 400 HP. The motor and transmission are on the frame and will run. I have never put coolant in this motor so I can only run it for a minute. I also have many other new parts that I have not installed as of yet such as a new GM Corporate Posi spool still in the box. I also have all body parts in fair condition. The motor alone on this truck cost 5000.00 and I have all receipts. I have posted a picture of the truck before I started the restoration so you could see the condition of it before I tore it down.
