Re-listed due to non-paying bidder. Up for sale is this very solid, running and driving, mostly original truck with some very desirable factory options such as factory power steering and brakes, tinted glass and air conditioning, and it is also equipped with dealer installed dual saddle fuel tanks, it was in Nevada until last year and has solid floors and cowl and bed which is rare for these trucks, it is pretty straight too. When I bought the truck the front sheet metal was missing so I installed the fender and hood from a donor which can be repaired easily. There is very little rust on the rockers and a spot on the lower back corner of the drivers door and the bottom corner of the tailgate. The mechanicals on this truck are very strong, I replaced the following parts on the engine, new heavy-duty water pump, Cloyes double roller timing chain, fuel pump, motor mounts, belts and hoses. I flushed the main fuel tank when I got it because it had been setting up for a while. The transmission shifts well and the brakes work well too, the rear is an 8 3/4 with 3:55 gears. The truck has duel exhaust with glass pack mufflers, the mufflers and rusted but I have a good pair that go with the truck, the rest of the system is good. The interior is in good condition with very good floors that I coated with POR15 to preserve them. The seat will need re-done, the dash pad is cracked and door panels are good but they need cleaned as they were covered with some "shag" material back in the day. The fuel gauge and wipers do not work at this time but all other gauges are working, has factory oil pressure gauge. The tinted glass is good except the windshield which has a crack in it, it will need new gaskets front and rear and weatherstripping. The original color of this truck was Autumn Bronze Metallic with a white top, a rare color that is not even listed in the sales brochure.
