Vehicle Detail

This is a very special truck that I fully intended to restore... it is the best of the best: 1972 Cheyenne Super, factory bucket seats w/center console, factory tachometer, K/10 4x4, numbers-matching original 350 with fresh rebuild, new dual exhaust, and the best color combination, blue and white, with blue interior. It breaks my heart to have to sell this one before getting to restore it... it will be one of the finest vintage Chevrolet pickups in existence when done. But, I've recently opened a body-and-paint shop and need to restore some cash. Factory options include K/10 4x4 four-wheel drive, 350/4v V8 engine, 4-speed manual transmission, power steering, power brakes, ultra-rare factory bucket seat and center console option (detailed on glove box lid sticker), factory tachometer, and more. I got this truck from the original owner...it still has it's original small title. 104K original miles, engine fully rebuilt at just under 100K to factory specs. I removed the headers he had added, installed correct Ram's Horn manifolds, and a full 2 1/4" dual exhaust system with cross-over pipe. I went through the brakes, clutch, etc. She's a turn-key runner/driver. Previous owner stripped the hood, thinking he would repaint it... it's surface rusted all over. That said, there doesn't seem to be any rust issues to speak of, other than surface... cab corners, steps, rockers, bed, roof pinch weld, cowl, etc. all look solid. Also, I have an original blue hood that will go with the truck. The bed is not "the" original, but even better, having the factory built-in side tool box feature, and is exactly the right color combo. If you can see past the surface rust, you will know how gorgeous this truck will be, done. The truck needs a full restoration, but is genuinely worth $30-$35K done... this is by far and away "the" Chevrolet C/K truck to own. I perform full restoration services, as well as body-and-paint, and would gladly restore this truck for you. $7,000.00 cash buys it. Clear title in hand. I need to be paid within 3 days of auction end by deposit into my bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. The truck is over 40 hears old, and therefore being sold as-is, without warrantee or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. I have done my best to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but I'm sure to have missed something... please ask any questions that come to mind. The truck is located at my shop in Gresham, Oregon 97030. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I will make myself available for loading. You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions. I'm selling some other specialty vehicles, some almost fully restored, others mid-way. You can ask about them too... '71 SS 396 4-speed Chevelle, '70 RS/SS 396 4-speed Camaro, '70 K/5 Blazer, '66 big-block 4-speed Plymouth Satellite, etc. Check my other auctions... rallying cash. LOW FEEDBACK AND/OR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING... I CAN'T WAIT WEEKS TO BE PAID.
