Ford F150 SUPERCAB (3 Door), 4x4, 302 V8 Engine, 181720 miles. The Good: (1) It is reliable, recent platinum plugs, wires, alternator and new battery last year, valid CT emissions(2) It runs good, stops good, tracks straight and tows. All lights and windows work. In family since 2006(3) It has a four speed automatic trans with an overdrive switch which can be shut off when towing. (4) It has a bedliner over a solid bed, a Class IV tow receiver *, good tires, and solid frame. (5) It has a clean title (in hand) and a clean vehicle history report (AutoCheck) which shows nothing but green checks. Provided free of charge. The not so good: (1) It is hard to shift into 4 wheel drive (High Range), but will. Won't shift into 4 Wheel drive Low Range... Linkage???. (2) I think the AC does not work, can't remember... Assume No.(3) Minor manifold leak (passenger side), you can hear it when you get on it, otherwise quiet, recent professional exhaust work (last year).(4) Heat controls finicky (Sometimes heat works, sometimes it doesn't... very odd)(5) Some body rot typical place on cab lower and under doors and misc scratches/dings (ave for age)... Above I said all lights work... Well, that is not completely true... All normal lights work... The Fog style lights installed in the front bumper are for looks only... they are not wired up and this truck does not have the wiring harness for fog lights... ... My son had installed special lights when he used it for 6 years (fireman lights)... then removed them when he sold it to me a few years ago... He had purchased these clear fog lights off ebay for looks only (to fill the space)... Like I said, there is no wiring harness for fog lights on this model truck.... Someone who wanted could wire them up... but again, they are not wired up... If this is a problem for the present high bidder, then please don't bid any further and if you (the present high bidder) wins, I'll let you out of the deal if this bothers you... At the present price, the truck is being stolen anyways...
