Garage find! Bought two of these at Christmas for my kids back in December 1985. Used briefly for a couple years (I believe it has less than 15 hours run time on ATC). Stored in my Ex's garage since '86 and she asked me to sell it for our son who is in Navy. Current Title is in my name.For sale: A 1985 Honda ATC 70. The ATC runs great and is in great condition. There are no problems and the ATC is ready for a new owner/rider. Condition: Pulled it out of garage and replaced spark plug, air filter, and carburetor. Tank was clean so added gas and it Fired right up and idled like new Honda 70. Ran it around the streets in Condo and it runs fine. Tires are original so should eventually be replaced even though they look very good. Original carb is included, just needs kit. New one was installed. All of the red paint, plastic and seat are factory original. The plastic is still flexible and is not brittle. The graphics are still there and in great shape. ATC is all original as purchased December 1985. According to my 6 year old son at the time "it was almost what I wanted" (note: he wanted motorcycle) You would need a time machine, circa 1985 to find a better one. If you look at the sticker on rear axle it shows last registered in 1988. Comes with new 2014 sticker good through June 2016. Overall the machine is a very nice example of a great runner. Shipping: I think it would be cost prohibitive to ship a machine like this inexpensively. I live Orange County, California 92868. Pick-up is the responsibility of the buyer. I would be willing to transport the machine a reasonable distance if the buyer covers fuel. Please work out any details prior to bidding. Payment: Payment should be cash in person.
