1948 Pontiac Silver Streak Survivor. Runs and drives perfectly. 40,350 original miles. The original lacquer paint is showing it's age - some peeling and cracking. This is one of the cleanest car I have ever owned. The body and underside of the car is 100% rust free. New brakes including master cylinder and wheel cylinders installed in 2008, Brand new battery. This car still the original rear leaf spring wraps. As you can see from the original bill of sale this car is loaded with factory options. 1948 was the first year offering the 4 speed automatic transmission. The chrome is also starting to show its age. All gauges and lights work. The clock and radio do not. I was told by the previous owner that the drive train, paint, and interior is original but cannot verify it. The condition of the car speaks for itself. It is absolutely solid. When taking the pictures I remembered installing a new lower tranny pan gasket. It looks like side tranny gasket needs replaced also.
