Since new it was purchased in 2003.Sorry for the confusion!! On Dec-16-14 at 08:48:46 PST, seller added the following information: Regarding DMV fees on this truck.Commercial plates on trucks in CA with higher GVW is pretty high.Registration expired August 31, 2014 but it's on Planned non-op so there's no late DMV penalty. For CA buyer, it will cost about $450 for license fee to August 31, 2015. For that to happen, I will need to do the DMV transfer for you and so it would save you a trip to DMV. For out of state buyer, I will get a CA title and mail it to you when I get it from Sacramento, usually about 2-4 weeks after I transfer it. This will be done at no cost to you(the out of state buyer). The $450 fee does not apply to out of state purchase. Either way, after I receive the payment in full, you will get the truck and the key immediately and a trip permit to drive it home. I will give you a bill of sale also.I know what I'm doing and it will be done. But if you don't feel comfortable with the arrangement, please don't bid on it.Thanks for your attention!!
