THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK! 1985 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z -- eBay “NO RESERVE” auctionIntroduction Hello, I’m Marc Schiliro the owner of MS CLASSIC CARS,LLC. You might recognize my name or my business name from beautiful classic cars and trucks I’ve listed for sale nationally. I’ve got over 15 years of classic car and truck experience. I’d like to put that experience to work for you. Over the years I’ve featured many classic cars and trucks at multiple different auctions across the United States. I consign multiple classic cars and trucks at all four of the Barrett Jackson auto auctions every year. I’m considered one of the top consignors at Barrett Jackson. I’ve had many classic cars and trucks sell in the top 25 highest sale priced vehicles for each event. They’ve also offered some of my cars as the “Marc Schiliro Collection”. I was fortunate to have Speed TV at my new facility for an interview for Barrett Jackson that aired during the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach 2012. I’m a regular consignor at the Mecum auctions as well. I also have had many cars that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I specialize in beautiful classic cars and trucks that have what I call “The Pop Factor”. I purchase classic cars and trucks that are finished, I redesign other people’s restorations and have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. I’m currently not doing full restorations as it takes too much time and money. I love what I do and I’m extremely passionate about it! Two years ago I opened a beautiful new facility located in Seekonk, MA. MS CLASSIC CARS is open to the public on Saturdays. We offer about 25 classic cars and trucks for sale. We also offer complete automotive detailing. Our facility is very neat and organized. When you call you deal directly with me. I appreciate the opportunity. We except all trades. If you’d like to be added to our VIP EMAIL BLAST that gets sent to thousands of people when we get a new addition please visit my website and sign up. Please also like us on Facebook for updates. The power of networking is amazing! Market I've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over fifteen years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially the classics! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated, "Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions." At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "There was a registered bidder from every state in the USA.” I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words, there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. “I’m putting my money where my mouth is” I’m just a 38 year old blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used Mercedes Benz. I was selling my classic cars and trucks part time. Although I had my used car dealers license I didn’t have a facility that was open to the public. Overall things were going just fine. However, my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen and now have a lot more overhead. Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong? I consign anywhere from three to eight cars at each Barrett Jackson auto auction at no reserve because I know there’s always going to be bidders for classic cars and trucks. Description1985 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z eBay “No Reserve” auction! Yes, this car will be sold at “No Reserve”! One owner Kentucky car until 2007! Three owner car! Only 33,839 original miles! Loaded with many factory options that is listed below! Clean Car Fax Report that was run 10-21-2014! Tons of documents including such items as the original window sticker, original build sheet, original order sheet, original title issued 06-08-1986, original registration from 02-01-1999, original license plate and multiple receipts! From the research and information I have this car was built at the Van Nuys plant in California. It was scheduled to go to Vista Chevrolet in Federal Way, Washington but a dealer order trade was made and it ended up getting shipped to Owens Chevrolet in Stanford, Kentucky. Both the factory build sheet, window sticker and written documents support. The car was purchased new in 1985 sight unseen by the original owner as there was a long waiting list. He lived in Mary Dell, Kentucky. From 1985 to 1995 he drove the car 31,000 miles. He purchased a pickup truck and parked the car in his mother’s climate controlled garage for about 13 years. The car was started occasionally and moved around but really didn’t get used. In May of 2008 the original owner decided to sell the car on eBay which I have documentation to support and the car was purchased by a local gentleman who lived in Richmond, Kentucky. I have documentation and photos to support this claim. Once he purchased the car he did a complete service including such items as replacing the gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump, oil and filter change, radiator flush, brake fluid change, etc. The original owner told him it has never been involved in an accident and has any never had any paint work. The second owner sold the car in 2009 to a gentleman in Wakefield, Massachusetts. I purchased the car from him! The exterior of this car is in beautiful condition and painted in Bright Blue Metallic (code #30L). This is a very desirable color among third generation Camaro collectors and enthusiasts. The body on this car is in excellent overall condition but does have a few tiny imperfections as most 29 year cars do. An example of the tiny imperfections include a few pin size chips on the front end, small mark in bottom stripes and two little dimples on fender that you only notice at the right angle. The passenger mirror had a scratch in it that we couldn’t buff off so I took the mirror off and had it painted. This entire car has been buffed and looks great. All of the rubber seals, lights, etc are in great condition. All of the glass is in beautiful condition although there is a tiny spot in the glass from a pebble. Overall this is car is worthy of calling it show quality! The rims are original and in excellent condition. There wrapped with the correct Goodyear Eagle VR50 tires that are P245-50-VR16 all the way around. These tires look to be in almost new condition so I’m assuming there not original but the real deal! The black custom cloth (code#19C) interior is also in beautiful condition and completely original down the GM carpeted floor mats. This interior was a $359.00 upgrade from the factory. This interior is about as clean as I’ve ever seen. It still has a new car feel and smell to it. This car is loaded with many features which is listed below. Everything with exception of the radio is in great working order. The radio doesn’t turn on at all and I didn’t want to replace it. These radios can be bought very expensively if the new owner decides to change it. Third generation interiors are very comfortable! The trunk compartment is in the same beautiful condition as the interior. The rear hood pumps work excellent. The original T-top bag is included! The engine compartment is highly detailed and home to the 5.0Liter TPI V8 (code#LB9). This was a $695.00 factory upgrade. The engine compartment retains all the original factory chalk marks and tags. All of the wiring and hoses are in great condition. This engine starts and runs amazing! It was just completely serviced and ready to go! The undercarriage of this car was undercoated by the dealership when it was new. This was common practice in the 80’s to prevent rust, etc. This undercarriage is very clean! LIST OF THE FACTORY UPGRADED OPTIONS: • Power door lock system $130.00 • Tinted glass $115.00 • Power windows $195.00 • Power hatch release $40.00 • Front floor carpeted mats $20.00 • Rear floor carpeted mats $15.00 • Iroc Z performance package $659.00 • Body side moldings $55.00 • Removable glass roof panels (T-tops) $846.00 • Intermittent windshield wipers $50.00 • Electric rear window defrogger $145.00 • Air conditioning $750.00 • Rear compartment cargo cover $69.00 • Electric crusie control $175.00 • 5.0 liter TPI V8 $695.00 • Automatic transmission with overdrive $425.00 • Comfort tilt steering wheel $115.00 • Auxiliary lighting $72.00 • Upgraded stereo system $359.00 Total MSRP with destination charge $17,094.00 This car has been completely detailed from top to bottom by MS CLASSIC CARS which is valued at $400.00! MS CLASSIC CARS offers competitive finance terms and rates! “As my website indicates I’ve collected and sold many beautiful third generation Camaros with very low mileage. Some sales include the 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc Z “Live Aid Signature Car” that sold at Barrett Jackson for $46,200.00 and a 1982 Chevrolet Camaro “Pace Car” with 7 original miles in the $30,000 price range. This 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc Z has many positive things going for it. It’s a documented car with a great color combination and loaded with options. Although this car doesn’t have four or three digits on the odometer with 33,389 miles it’s still considered a low mileage vehicle considering it’s almost 30 years old. This is a perfect car for someone who is looking for a show quality car that there not afraid to drive. If you’re looking for a flawless museum quality car this car isn’t for you. This car has been fully serviced and detailed for the new owner. This is the first time I’ve advertised this car for sale. I’ve had a lot of success running eBay “No Reserve” auctions and decided this would be a perfect vehicle for another. Yes, this car is being offered on eBay with a “No Reserve” auction! This is a great opportunity to get a great car for a great price! Get it before someone else does!” Marc Schiliro – the owner Inspection Report"Unfortunately most classic vehicles that are being advertised for sale by dealers and private parties aren't exactly what's being advertised for sale. This is an industry with no real guidelines and everyone's opinion is completely different. The average consumer doesn’t realize classic vehicles weren’t restored at the factory and are being restored by people in their garages. Everyone’s level of restoration experience is different and it shows in the restoration. An example would be a classic vehicle that's being advertised as an original model with matching numbers could be a phony with a reproduction trim tag and re stamped numbers on the engine block, etc. Another example would be a classic vehicle is being advertised as a full restoration when indeed only a few things have been restored. There are many classic vehicles listed for sale that have cosmetic and mechanical issues with such items as the lights, body hinges, gauges, window components, steering components, upholstery, engine leaks and tuning, radiators, transmission, rear end, brake components and suspension components. The consumers are spending thousands of dollars repairing the classic vehicles they've purchased after the sale. At MS CLASSIC CARS I own the entire inventory and take pride in what I sell. I'm not a consignment dealer who is only looking to make a quick buck on a vehicle that they don't even own. We’ve seen dealers and private parties purchase classic vehicles at auctions and online and immediately list them for sale. They never even touched the vehicle. Even with 15+ years’ experience and having collected and sold over 250 classic vehicles I’ve experienced that ALL the classic vehicles need some attention. Obviously some need more than others but the bottom line is they all need something. I do the best of our ability to purchase quality classic vehicles, prepare them and advertise them honestly. To be clear were not in the restoration business. I collect and sell classic vehicles that have already been restored and do our best to bring them to another level with service and detail work. Unlike many dealers when you call or email to inquire about a classic vehicle you speak directly to me. I purchases all the classic vehicles for MS CLASSIC CARS, follow the service and detail process, write the descriptions, take the photos, advertise them for sale and answers all the calls and emails. I'll personally go over the entire vehicle and tell you everything I knows about it. I'll also give you my personal opinion about the classic vehicle of your choice and decide if it’s truly the right fit for you. If you've read the introduction tab or visited myr website you’ll probably agree I'm a bit of a perfectionist and represent very detailed classic vehicles. MS CLASSIC CARS has a great reputation and we continue to raise the bar in the classic car and truck world. These are older vehicles and aren’t new but were doing our best to make them function, look great and honestly describe them. I sell our classic cars and trucks very quickly because consumers see the value. Once you've committed to purchase a classic vehicle from MS CLASSIC CARS, I'lll make it a very easy process from start to finish. Once the funds have cleared I'll immediately mail the paperwork USPS 2-day air. A CD with the description and photos of the vehicle you purchased will be included in the package. I'll also assist in enclosed door to door transportation. I look forward to working with you. Thank you for the opportunity!
