Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a beautiful 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG. The vehicle is well equipped. Panorama Sun roof, heated and cooled seats, Night Vision, PDC with camera, Lane Keep Assist, Attention Assist, Distronic Plus (automatic/active cruise control), Lane Departure Warning, Keyless Go, Xenon Headlights, massaging seats, Dynamic Seats (they move and cradle the passengers as you make turns), et cetera. This car has everything. The car is Black on the outside and is about a 9/10. Very good condition. The beige interior is a 10/10. No wear that I can see, anywhere. It is very clean inside and out. The previous owner took very good care of it, and it has been meticulously driven by me for a month, now. Absolutely mechanically sound. Oil has been changed about 100 miles ago and a starter has just been replaced, as well (a precaution that I normally take with these types of vehicles). In the pictures, the car is missing the tow hook cover in the front - I am just waiting on the piece (ordered from Mercedes Of Westmont, I should have it Tuesday 12/9/14) and will install it as soon as I have it. The tires are very bad. They will need to be changed. As soon as you get the car. Depending on the price we negotiate, I can do the tires before you take ownership of the car. The floor mats could also use a good cleaning/shampooing, but other than that, the car is perfect. No service lights, or anything! As far as the title goes, the car will come with a Rebuilt title. The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never had paint/body work done to it. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title. I am an ASE Certified Mechanic, and I deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done was completed professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff. In this particular vehicle, all damage was contained to the engine itself - not a drop of water to the interior passenger cabin. Secondly, the water was fresh water, not salt water (this was NOT a hurricane damaged car). The issue was that fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car tried to start. The only part replaced in this vehicle was the starter (a precaution that I take with floods because extra wear is put on the starter if previous owners try and start the car after taking on water). We obviously changed the oil, oil filter, cabin filter, and the air filter, as well. Everything else was perfect and clean. As a precaution, we changed all other fluids in the car (though, we found no water in anything but the engine).
