Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 2003 Saturn L200 2.2 Ecotec Engine with a 4 speed Automatic only 80K miles. This car has been a Colorado garaged car until about 1 1/2 years ago. Has lots of new parts and well maintained. I will list all the items that were recently done. Before anything - this car needs timing chain work. My mechanic told me that he tested the compression and all 4 cylinders has 65 psi so he said that is the good news since there probably is no valve damage. When he took of the valve cover he saw that the chain was loose ad had skipped a few teeth. So that's what I know. I even bought the chain kit but then decided not to repair it and to get a bigger vehicle and to let this one go. The body is very nice except for the front passenger door that has a chipped edge please see photos. Tires are all Michelin with 80% life left and evenly worn. In the last 5K miles the Transmission fluid and filter have been changed with High Quality Amsoil, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, New AC delco Iridum Spark Plugs, Oil & Filter Change in the last 500 miles. This car drives really nice and has nice power and handles excellent. It is fun to driver too. The transmission shifts perfectly, brakes are solid and tracks perfectly straight. I really love this car and I'm sad to have to let it go but I do need a larger car for my kids even though I managed with it.Please ask if you have any questions or if you'd like more pictures. These pictures were taken after a rain so those are the rain drops on the paint. There are few normal dings for the age of this car besides the right side door chip. You will need to tow it somehow as it will crank but not start. I would recommend that it not be cranked too much as if the timing chain should jump more it could eventually cause valve damage according to my mechanic. Thanks for looking and feel free to make me an offer.
