**** I'm adding this to the listing because I've had 3 calls now. The minimum price I will take for the Volvo is $400. This is a no reserve auction. If you bid $400 you will not get a "reserve not met" message. Thanks and happy bidding. **** 2004 Volvo purchased with 60,421 miles. Car was *EXCELLENT* for years giving totally reliable service. Last feb we replaced all the tires (at 181,677 miles). Matching Coopers. --also the power steering fluid reservoir --front control arms -- all spark plugs Front brakes, timing belt, water pump, tensioner pulleys, all replaced at 190,000 (beginning of the summer) and gave it to our 18 y/o daughter. On her 34th day of ownership she pulled around a large truck and was sideswiped by someone pulling out into the street doing the damage seen in the pictures. Because our insurance gets JACKED we opted to only carry comprehensive. Even though this was NOT our daughters fault ... and this is the kicker ... Maryland is a contributory negligence state. She was found 20% at fault for pulling around the truck using the turn lane. In Maryland, if you're even 1% at fault the other insurance company DOES NOT HAVE TO PAY!! We have a lawn ornament. You can probably get it fixed but I see it more as a parter. The passenger side seat was destroyed by the rain (door is bent off frame) but drivers is in great shape. Back seat & rear-facing 3rd row in great shape. Check engine light was on when we moved it last but the battery is dead now so I'm not even 100% sure of the mileage. I will check later. The 4 tires were $666.96. The just over 1 month on the timing belt, water pump, front brakes.... that cost us almost $1,000. The only thing that wasn't working on the car was the rear wiper... otherwise it was in perfect shape. Car will start and run (with a jump) - although as I said the check engine light is now on. Battery is dead. We have 2 keys (no fobs). I am slightly concerned there was some suspension damage to the right front as the front tire seems a little out of alignment but it could be an optical illusion due to the sheet metal damage. Always owned by non-smokers. Car was lovingly cared for with regular fluid changes. We a have a 3/4" thick file of records and clear title. This battery comes with a 2 year warranty against any defect so I will be REPLACING the battery (as long as Advance Auto Parts takes it back --- and I cannot see why they would not) - with a BRAND NEW SILVER AUTOCRAFT to be included with the car. $131.00 value!!! ** Forgot car includes overhead DVD player (pictured) This functions fine although I did not test. ** Actual miles 201,xxx ** We had someone out last night looking at it - she started up (needed a jump), the check engine light is now OFF - and they would have bought it from me right there. Replaced with a BRAND NEW (mfg 6/14) Autocraft Silver battery with a 12 month warranty (remaining). Receipt and battery convey with vehicle.
