2003 Nissan Altima 2.5 S 206,333 actual miles on body, engine rebuilt at 197,500 mi Car has completely rebuilt motor (new pistons, bored 30 over, head and block milled, crank ground .010 new oil pump water pump head studs,timing chain gears tensioner and guides..EVERYTHING) with 8k miles however the radiator blew out and wasn't caught fast enough, blew head gasket. -New radiator, new head gasket, had head milled, ran great for a while, with no warning cut off, and was leaking oil. Small crack in upper oil pan less than the size of a nickel, a crack not hole. I think when the head gasket went out, it filled cyl with water and damaged a rod bearing and im assuming worst case scenario its thrown a rod, it never made a sound to make me think the bearing had been stressed. The block appears to be good without tearing it down. Best case scenario new rod, polish crank, new bearings, weld crack in oil pan, drive it till the wheels fall off, worst case, throw a motor in it. (originally the motor was rebuilt because of the well known Altima issue with cat converter, sucked back in motor ruined rings, the cat has been replaced.) Outside the car looks good, a few dings no major dents, rear bumper has some paint rubbed off Interior is good, everything's there no major stains, needs a good cleaning Im a welder and drove the wifes ride a few months back and ....well I owed her a cleaning...but overall interior is 7/10 no cracks in dash, needs center armrest, the lid don't stay on. Carpet was dyed the pics make it look muddy or brown/white in spots but its something with the flash the carpet is all one color(other than some dirt). driver foot well the carpet is worn through. The tires have about 40% tread, brakes are around 40-50% VA inspection due 3/15. No other problems out of the car than what ive mentioned, it has been a good car good fuel milage (28-33mpg) plenty of power for a 4cyl. smooth ride, handles great, all the windows work, locks, have key fob needs battery. Transmission shifted smooth, (trans filter n fluid changed when we rebuilt the motor this past March. The wife dose not really want to sell it but we have too many vehicles, and I no longer have a garage if I did have the time to fix it. Any Questions please ask away.
