1970 VW Beetle/Bug (base model) with RARE Factory Sunroof! Car is complete with motor and manual transmission. Exterior: The clear coat is coming off in some areas. There are very minor spots of surface rust in some places. The car is VERY straight. There is absolutely no rust problems on body or frame! This is a true California car! Interior: Interior is complete except for the backseat. It is in decent shape. Not very much wear. The headliner is not in good shape. Running Gear: The bug does run but does not stay running. Needs carb work. Other than that there is nothing wrong. It would not take much to be a great daily driver. I got this classic beetle from an elderly lady whom I was storing the car for. She recently passed away and I liened the bug. Everything is totally legal and went through dmv. I have all the proper documentation to sale the vehicle. All that is needed is to be put in your name. The car was on non-op and will cost $98 for registration in the state of California. No smog required ever for car! This classic bug with factory sunroof is in very good condition but is a minor project vehicle! It is getting harder to find these bugs that are clean, original, and not cut up.
