This is not my car. I am selling for my sister who is away at school. It is a 2007 Honda Accord. She has owned it for last 5 years. She bought it used form a dealer. Everything in the vehicle works well. The scuff is extremely minor (see pics) with a couple small dings where the scuff is. I feel that a good detailer should be able to buff this out. The vehicle does need a detailing including a waxing. The tires are in good shape. She has always kept up on the maintenance. We have the records. We changed the oil last month.
