Up for auction is my 2009 Subaru Forester X Limited. I purchased this as a Certified Pre Owned in 2012 with 31,000 miles. I am the second owner. It is still under warranty until 100,000 miles and the warranty is transferable to the new owner. The transfer must take place within 30 days of purchase the you must pay a $35 transfer fee. This Forester is All Wheel Drive with a 4 speed automatic transmission. The engine is a 2.5 SOHC 4 cylinder. I average 24 to 26 mpg. This is equipped with the Rugged Package, a $1200 option. It includes wheel arch trim, rear bumper guard, splash guard kit, body side molding kit, and aero cross bars. The interior is leather with heated front seats and the drivers is power. It also has fog lights and roof rails. The wheels are aluminum with matching General Altimax RT tires in good condition. I just installed a brand new battery along with new front and rear brakes. The title is free and clear and in my procession. This has never been in any accidents and has all ways been owned by non-smokers. This Forester is in very good condition inside and outside. This is a used vehicle so please expect normal wear, there is nothing major to mention but please don't expect perfection. The pictures speak for themselves. I have taken very good care of this and it shows. The only reason I am selling it is because I just purchased my wife a new Honda Odyssey. This is being sold as a true no reserve auction. The bidding will start at $1.00 and the highest bid at the end of the auction wins. I will not sell this outside of Ebay or end the auction early. I am not going to be driving it either. The miles posted are what will be on it when you pick it up. The pictures were also just taken and it will be in the same condition you see when you pick it up. I do require a $500 deposit thru Paypal within 24 hours of the auctions end. The remainder will be due within 7 days of the auctions end. I will only accept cash or a bank wire transfer. I purchased it on 1/21/12 and apparently the 6 year 100,000 mile Subaru Certified warranty starts on the day the vehicle was sold new, not used when I purchased it. This is completely my fault and I fully apologize. I completely understand if you need to retract your bid or please contact me if you need me to cancel your bid. I still plan on selling the Forester to the highest bidder.
