You are bidding on a very nice two owner VW Westfalia, Weekender package. Van was purchased in 1-30-14 and we've put under 400 miles on it. A change of life plans has forced the sale of this terrific two owner Weekender. Weekender package is equipped with the pop-top that sleeps two up and two down. The canvas and screen are in excellent shape with no tears or holes. The roof vent does not leak. The lower section features a large back seat that folds down for another two person bed. When it in the up position it will hold 3 people with seat belts. The area also has two additional seats (one can be removed) facing the rear behind the driver and passengers seats. So the van can comfortably seat 7. Between the bed and rear facing seat there is a hide away table that folds up to a locking position. Behind the rear couch there is a nice sized storage area plus a closet. This van has the 2.1 liter engine with 4 cylinders. It was rebuilt with 212,190 miles. A list of repairs:-head gasket -rear crank seal-replaced front calipers-replaced master cylinder-replaced upper ball joints-replaced rear springs-drivers side mirror replaced , door harness rebuilt-new stereo -footwell diverter flap reinstalled-roof vent replaced-Emergency brake cables replaced-gas tank replaced-exterior paint is fresh We have tested everything and it all seems to work as it should. Van comes with AC, all the lights work (interior and exterior). With the rebuilt engine and new tank I wouldn't hesitate driving this VW across county. We currently have it registered in Colorado through Feb 2015. The title is clean in our names, no funny business. As said the rebuilt engine came with a 5year / 100,000 mile warranty as of 212,216 miles or 1-30-14. The warranty is transferable to the next owner for $75.00 to be paid buy buyer. As seen in the photos we have (3) headrests, the front windshield curtain and the rear hatch screen. The Awning does NOT come with the van, it has been removed.Van can be seen in Denver, Co For sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
