It has been in service since it was brand new. We are the only owner of record on this truck. This particular truck was used by a department supervisor and was used primarily for work purposes. The truck has 153,045 miles on it. This truck is nowhere near perfect. Cosmetically it has a large dent on the driver’s side bed near the rear fender well. There are many scratches on the truck, as well as, some surface rust along the bottom of the rocker panels and fender wells. The bed rails having scratches, dents, dings and some chipping paint. The fold down arm rest compartment lid is broken and the headliner is dirty and falling down in places. The lights on the radio and part of the dash come and go intermittently. Currently the check engine light is on as well. I’ve tried to represent the truck in its current condition. If you have questions or would like additional pictures, please ask. This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY either expressed or implied. Once the auction has ended there will be NO negotiating on price... the winning bid is the sale price. Please don't expect to negotiate the price down upon pickup or delivery. If you would like to view the vehicle prior to auction end I would highly encourage you to do so. I would be happy to show you the vehicle as I have nothing to hide. I reserve the right to end the auction early and pursue a local sale. I WILL NOT arrange shipping, nor pay for shipping. If you want the vehicle shipped you will have to arrange and pay for this yourself. Pickup can be arranged at the offices of Independent Stave Company, Lebanon, MO. Pickup arrangements need to be worked out prior to pickup. We typically aren't in the office on Saturday/Sunday but special arrangements can be made if necessary. Test Drives are NOT possible.. Like I said I highly encourage you to view the vehicle prior to auction end, however for insurance purposes I will NOT let you drive the vehicle on public streets. You can start the vehicle and hear it run. We do have a large parking lot that you could "test" drive the vehicle on.. but that's it. Like I said previously... this is a company lease fleet vehicle. Some of the vehicles we will have for sale we hold title to free and clear others are still in the name of Enterprise Leasing Company. If this is the case.. Enterprise will make out the bill of sale and you will make payment to Enterprise Leasing Company. When your payment clears they will process the title and the title will be sent to you. Upon a winning bid the buyer must contact me within 24 hours to work out the details of the transaction. Payment must be received in full within 7 days of auction end. If you are unable to pick up the vehicle within 7 days a 10% or $500 (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit will be required for me to hold the vehicle without re-listing it. Preferred methods of payment include wire transfer, official bank check or money order. Personal and business checks will be accepted but the title will not be transferred to you until the funds have cleared your bank. I WILL NOT allow sales to locations outside of the USA.
