Here we have a beautiful fully restored 1940 Buick series 90 touring car that has been driven less than a 1000 miles since complete restoration. The bottom of this car looks as nice as the top does. It has the famous Buick big straight 8 with 320 cubic inches, 140 inch wheel base, and seats up to 8 people. The car was a complete nut and bolt restoration costing over $60,000 in 2010 and the motor transmission and clutch was just gone through this past year ($9000 have receipts). This Buick is a dream to drive, so smooth it feels like your riding on a cloud. The entire interior is done in correct wool fabric and all brightwork has been done also. There were less than 1500 of these made as they were Buick's Top of the line in 1940. This one is well appointed with dual sidemount tires mounted on the fenders, radio and clock with full heat and defrost all working as they should. This car looks "as new " condition and is a constant show winner. The series 90 Buick is a full registered Classic and is the only model to receive this honor for 1940.
