I have owned this 2001 Mercedes CLK320 convertible since May 2012, or almost 2 and 1/2 years, and has been my wife's daily driver with no major issues. It had just over 89,000 miles when I purchased it on ebay from an indivdual in West Palm Beach, Florida. The battery and tires were replaced within the last year. The synthetic oil has been changed regularly and it has been a dependable car. It has a few nicks and scratches that you would ordinarily expect with a verhicle 13 to 14 year old that is driven daily. The known issues are - The seam in the convertible top is beginning to come apart on the passenger's side (see photo). This is a problem with Mercedes because they glued the top together just above the rear window and any Mercedes mechanic will tell you it is a common problem. The rest of the top is in very good condition. The top goes up and down with no issues. - The after market radio, which was in the car when I purchased it, does not work. It worked fine when I purchased the car but has stop working in the last 6 or 7 months. The CD player works fine but no sound when it is in the radio mode. - The seam in the back seat, driver's side, has come apart and it was like that when I purchased the car. (see photo) - There is a scratch on the trunk lid on the passenger side. It appears it may have been keyed and was there when I purschased the car. (see photo) I have two keys and the owner's manual (see photo). The listing shows Goose Creek, South Carolina but I am prmanently living in Florida and the car is located in Port St. Lucie, Florida which is about 50 miles north of West Palm Beach, FL.
