Rare classic combination - ordered from the factory to NJ by this original owner. Pontiac V8 301 HO 4-Bbl with 4-sp manual (Hurst shifter) with WS-6 high performance handling package which includes the 8" deep recessed (standard is 7" flush) "snowflake" aluminum wheels. Interior in excellent shape with tan vinyl (leather not available in those days) which held up much better than the cloth. Although 1979 was a high volume year for Pontiac Firebird, the vast majority were Trans Ams with non-Pontiac motors and very few Formulas were made with this Pontiac engine / manual combination! All original vehicle, non-smoking, well maintained with log book. Most miles were long cross-country trips and special clear weather driving. Been in storage inside covered for the past 14+ years.
