Car has coating of flat black to stop surface rust from southern sun. all pieces are there and appear to be correct. car comes with replacement front fenders that have been sandblasted and zinc primed. car comes with replacement hood thar has little surface rust but very solid piece. Frame is good. floors in decent shape.
