I am offering my 1987 Mercedes 560SL with only 126k original miles. This Mercedes is a one lady non smoker owner and this car is accident free according to Autocheck. I have a clean clear title in hand and no extra fees. Great features are the black canvas Mercedes top is in great shape, the car has the $1,800 Mercedes tex vinyl kinder rear seat with seatbelts, and a very clean inside and out hardtop. This Mercedes runs strong! It has just had the new brass style injectors, new injector seals, new plugs and a rebuilt fuel distributor installed. The motor has great power and sounds excellent. The car stays at proper operating teperature with nice oil pressure. The car is not leaking or smoking. I have put 600 miles on this car this season and it was a joy. The transmission shifts just as it should in all gears. The Air conditioning is cold and coming out the where it should be. The heat works. The following items are all checked for proper operation and all WORK: windows, power locks, cruise control, fog lights, emergency brake, horn, wipers, power mirror, turn signals, radio, are ALL working. Antenna is not powering. The brakes are 4 wheel disk brakes. The front brakes have new rotors and pads. The rears are in very good condition. The tires are the correct size 205/65/15 Michelin tires with plenty of tread. The correct alloy wheels have been refinished along the way so you notice the 16 slots are very clean. The car rides and drives smooth. The suspension feels wonderful and just had the steering knuckle (common issue) replaced. The exhaust system is complete with all original parts in good condition. The battery is large and working properly. The paint on the car shines good. The car is not a show car. It was used as a regular car and shows dings, sun fade, and use. There are some cosmetic items to tend to if you are planning on having some fun restoring the car to a show car. A front seat recovering kit is available on Ebay for $600 or so. My pictures show the carpets out to prove the fact that this car is solid. The pictures show the cruise works and the odometer functions. Also that the car is ready to drive on the road as long as you wish. The car is ready for a long safe road trip. The title is in hand. I am looking for an offer and am motivated to sell it.
