Land Cruiser FJ80 - Heavily Modified This truck has undergone many extensive upgrades and runs and drives EXCELLENT. Simply put everything functions as it should and this truck is a blast to own. It is an excellent example of what a stock truck can be turned into. No expense was spared as all the parts used are of the highest quality and professionally installed. Extensive documentation of all the work performed is on hand and the list of upgrades is lengthy. Most of the work was performed by a Land Cruiser specialty shop in Fredericksburg Virginia. Aside from the obvious upgrades the truck also sports; A newly rebuilt engine, electronic locker option, custom stainless exhaust, upgrades chro -molly axles, hi flow racing fuel pump, power windows/locks/antenna/sunroof, and much much more (see below). The upgrades go as follows; New OEM; Rebuilt Original Engine (at 211k) with a .20 Bore, STO Crank, Rebuilt Head with all bearing, seals and gaskets replaced. Carb, Starter, Front Calipers ( new rotors / brakes all around 9/2014) , Radiator, Fan and Shroud, Water pump, Gas Tank and lines, Trans Cooler lines, Reprogramed EFI and new ECU, Steering Box and Pump, Rear U Joint, Antenna Aftermarket and Special Order Upgrades; ARB Front Bumper w/ Winch location ARB Aluminum Roof Rack Iron Pig Off Road Rear bumper ( with swing away Tire carrier and HI Jack lift / Ladder arm) Safari Snorkel TJM HID Light Kit ( probably the best I’ve ever owned) Old Man Emu 3” full lift and Stabilizer ( zero play or wobble at high speeds ) High performance fuel pump Re-geared Trans Birfeild Axles front and back including all new gaskets and shims when installed Completely new interior including headliner In Dash JVC GPS / Bluetooth / IPOD interface / I <3 Radio App / AUX / Satellite and HD Radio ( removable faceplate) SD and Micro SD as well as remote microphone Pioneer Speaker all around ( 1200+ W and sounds crisp) Dual Rear Locking and Sliding Drawer System ( used on one hunting trip – and in near new) Upgraded High Pitch Horns Synthetic Oil Conversion Iron Pig Off Road Stainless Exhaust ( Cat Back ) Hella Auxiliary Lights ( with in dash switch ) BFG KO 33 x 10.5 15 – full matching set ( 5 Pieces) OEM POWDER-COATED Rims full matching set ( 5 Pieces) I have driven this truck over 300 miles in a day comfortably and has all the power needed to make cruising easy. The truck shows typical wear and rust for its age but looks great and as you can see in the below pictures it is hardly noticeable.
