When starting out after a cold start, the vehicle does not make any funny noises or make any sounds that are not normal. But when starting out it does feel slow at first. You can floor it and it does not go anywhere fast until shifts out of first gear. The 4WD light is on and it may be stuck in 4wd low? We are not sure. The first test drive we had was crazy good. This problem started happening after we put the vehicle in 4wd low and tested all the 4wd options. After accelerating past 25mph, everything else on this vehicle is exactly as it should be. We are not mechanics and it would cost money to diagnose the problem. That is why we sell this on E-bay motors at, "as is" auction pricing. This 2005 Nissan Xterra has a smooth shifting transmission and a cold a/c with a working after market radio and after market blue tooth.
