The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2004 Volvo C70 HT Convertible. This car has 100,417 original miles. It is equipped with the power top, leather interior, heated seats, CD changer, side airbags, and roll over protection system. This Volvo runs and drives beautifully. The 2.3L Turbo engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the automatic transmission shifts very well. There aren’t any service or warning lights on. The Volvo recommended transmission valve body and software update was completed last month. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The tires are all showing lots of tread and the brake pads are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and air filter are freshly changed. All of the power equipment, air conditioning and everything else in this C70 has been checked and is working properly. The exterior of this Volvo looks great. There are the usual bumper scratches or marks, and a slight wrinkle on the bottom of the passenger door. The Titanium Grey Metallic paint has maintained beautiful gloss and luster over the entire exterior. The convertible top canvas is in great condition without any holes or damaged seams. The rear top cover needs a hand momentarily when putting it up or down. The wheels are clean and look great. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition without any leaks. The interior is clean and in nice condition. The carpeting is clean without any damage, and the leather seats are in good condition with only minor wear. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and undamaged. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The title for this car is also clean and clear. This is a very nice Volvo, and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this car anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).
