1981 Fiat 2000 Spider 1995 cc 4cylinder 5speed If you are looking for a great car that is only going up in value the Fiat is it. With a body by Pininfarina, the designer and body builder of the Ferrari Dino and the engine designed by the designer of the Ferrari Dino, people are calling them the baby Ferrari and thy are climbing in value fast. This Fiat has always been very, very well taken care of and has just had a lot of work done to it. The motor was rebuilt at 96k and all the cooling system upgraded, at 100k the transmission was rebuilt because of a bad 2nd gear synchronizer and shortly after the body was striped to bare metal and completely redone and done very well, the paint is beautiful and as you can see by the pics of the undercarriage there was very little rust and it has been cut out and replaced with metal most of the original undercoating is still there and perfect underneath. At 120k it had new brakes and rotors, upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks, alternator, and starter. It is ready to drive anywhere and very dependable, there is nothing left mechanically to do all the hard and expensive work has been done, it also has a new Va inspection sticker. The top was replaced the same time the body was done and as for the interior it is in very good shape, not perfect it could us a front drivers set, and as in all of the fiats the center console if getting a little rough, not bad but still needs replaced. You could spend about $350 to $400 on the interior and it would be one great car and worth far more than I am asking for it. If you want a car to drive and have fun with or a great investment don't let this car get away.
