I am selling a 1983 BMW R80 RT that the fairing has been removed and converted to a naked bike. The bike has 108,980 and had the engine rebuilt from the previous owner at 100,000 miles. Black Diamond Valves were also done when the engine was rebuilt. Gearbox(Transmission) was rebuilt within the last 200 miles. Other parts I added were stainless brake lines, San Jose Top Brace (stiffens up front end), Progressive rear shocks and ferodo pads front and rear. Progressive fork springs were already in the forks when I purchased it, New Battery, Odyssey pc-680, New Battery Cables, New Emf Voltage Regulator. All fluids were changed in last 100 miles. Everything is in excellent mechanical condition. Comes with two gas caps, one without lock that the lock was taken out and sealed and a locking cap without key. Video of Bike Frame has some surface rust in a few places, paint has some orange peel noticeable close up and a few chips, also paint has lifted in two small spots. Since I've had the bike, it was always garage kept and my reason for selling this one is because I'm downsizing some bikes.
