We purchased this vehicle from a bank as a repossession and it is in need of engine repair. When the vehicle was repossessed someone was in the process of performing some type of engine repair because currently the engine has some parts removed. It appears the air intake, turbo, alternator, left valve cover, batteries, and one injector have been removed. All of the parts mentioned with the exception of the batteries and possibly injector are in the truck. We have no idea what exactly was wrong with the engine. At the current status a bad injector makes sense. However it could also be a head gasket or something more serious. Therefore without having it professionally diagnosed and not knowing the exact problem WE ARE SELLING THIS TRUCK TO BE IN NEED OF ENGINE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. This is a a highly desirable vehicle that is well worth repairing or it would make an excellent candidate for a CUMMINS conversion. The exterior with the exception of the damaged tailgate is in good condition. The interior is DIRTY but should clean up fairly well. This truck, in it's day was the best of the best. When a person buys a King Ranch they buy the top with every option possible. A truck like this today will cost you well over $60,000. With that being said Kelly Blue Book Retail even with the miles is still over $18,000. Regardless of that we are selling this truck at NO RESERVE! The only cosmetic flaws we could see are... 1. Large dent on the bottom of the tailgate. 2. Dents on bed floor. 3. Spray liner torn on bed floor. It is a 9 year old truck with high miles so we are sure there are some other minor dings and light scratches but overall this is a good looking vehicle INTERIOR: The entire interior needs clean but should clean up well. The drives seat is torn and shows wear. There are some stains in the leather that may not come out. All cloth upholstery including carpet and headliner will need steam cleaned. The interior is dirty but with some work should clean up. DRIVE TRAIN: The engine will not start and is partially dismantled. Drivetrain unknown. We believe most of the parts that were removed are in the vehicle however we will not guarantee that all of the parts are there. The tires have about 50-60% tread. Once again... THIS VEHICLE IS IN NEED OF ENGINE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SHIPPING and PAYMENT: $500 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
