DES PLAINES HONDA MOTORCYCLES. You are bidding on a 1994 Honda GL1500SE Goldwing with 94362 miles that runs and rides. We took this bike in on trade recently and since we are in our peak riding season and our service department is very busy with customer bikes, we are auctioning this bike unserviced and sold "AS-IS and Shown" with no warranty. This bike runs and rides but needs some TLC. The bike will probably need new fluids, full service, tires soon and a good wash. The bike shifts well, reverse works and it starts up typical of a carburated GL1500SE. The bike has a few cosmedic issues. The seat has a burn mark on it (see pic), the right side passanger storage pocket has been fitted with hinges on it (see pic), the right grip has duct tape on it (needs to be replaced), the left saddle bag locks but isn't flush with the bikes fairing, there's pitting and surface rust on the exhaust pipes, surface rust on the saddle bag guards and scratches here and there. This would make a great bike for someone that is looking for a project bike or for someone looking for a low priced touring bike. Good luck bidding. For purchases over $1000.00 a deposit of $1000.00 is due within 3 days of notification of a winning bid, with the balance due within 7 days of notification.
