1976 F 100, two previous owners. I have owned the truck since 1989, and know both previous owners. The truck was bought new at Lone Star Ford in Houston, and still bears that dealer sticker on tailgate. It is a matching numbers truck. The engine has had a complete rebuild with machine work done at Vilias Motor Works in Bryan, Tx. The block was bored 30th over, the deck and head were shaved 10th, new crankshaft and mild lift RV camshaft, new valves, guides and seals Odffenhauser 4bbl double plane intake with a 390 cfm Holley carb, Headmann headers with dual exhaust ending in down spouts just foreward of rear axle. New water pump, fuel pump, alternator, starter, coil,and electronic ignition control module. Three speed trans with Hurst floor shifter. New clutch and pressure plate.Seals in trans and rear end have been replaced. New glass front and rear. New seat upholstery, New rubber floor covering. New Grant steering wheel. JVC AM\FM Casette player.The truck needs some body work due to a collision with a cow, and it has a few minor rust issues{lower cab corners and door skins}. The bed wood was replaced with two layers of 3/4 marine plywood.The truck has the potential to be a nice custom ride for the right person willing to spend a little time and effort to make her cool again!!!I have well over 5 grand in new parts, and motor work. Someone can get a real bargain.
