This 2002 Subaru Outback was purchased new at the dealer and driven by one person. All paperwork is included, and the vehicle was well maintained over the years. Currently head gasket is leaking water and coolant. Head gaskets and timing belt/water pump kit needs to be replaced. Car runs, but needs some serious work to be driven regularly. Many great parts, including very good tires. Labor is what is prohibitively expensive for fixing this great car...not parts. If you know how to do the work, this might be a great fixer-upper for you. Car has been a great one, but I purchased a new one. Was thinking of fixing this up for my daughter, but she wants something different, so putting this up for somebody who knows how to do the labor themselves, or can use the parts. If you are willing to piece the car out, I know the individual parts are listed on Ebay and elsewhere for much more combined than I am hoping to get for this car. Has several new and lightly used parts purchased and installed over the last 18 months. Tires are still under warranty and in very good condition. Car probably needs brakes. All the electrical features work, and no interior issues other than normal age wear. Catalytic converter fairly recently replaced in car (rebuilt one). Battery is new also and still under warranty. Car will run short distances, but quickly overheats so you will need to tow or haul the car any distance. Buyer will be responsible for pick-up of vehicle. Title is free and clear. Car has never been in a serious wreck, but there is some slight cosmetic damage to rear bumper. Car comes with all paperwork, including maintenance records. Two electronic entry remotes (which in and of themselves are very expensive to replace). Car has more than a half tank of gasoline...at today's prices, that is nothing to sneeze at. :>) Happy to answer any questions you may have. Check out my other items!
