Aficionados of the legendary Honda V-Four, this is your bike! -All others, need not read further. This is a great bike! It's a classic and a rare find! This bike requires a rider who knows how to care for a bike that is not fuel injected and has a love for a gear-driven cam V-4. This bike begs to be ridden on a regular basis, not buried in my garage. It doesn't like pulling weekend warrior duty only and I'm struggling to give it even that. It shares garage space with my RC51 and with my impending move to a new home, I've got to reduce the number of my toys. :-) SO, with regrets, I'm selling my Honda VF1000R. I want it *all* gone!! Not only are you buying this complete and running bike, but there is a 2nd parts bike [no title] which is a 90%-complete bike I purchased as a project in 2005 for parts (missing starter, exhaust collector, one or two small body panels, and the motor has a "catch" in it, when you crank it over by hand...), extra '86 headlamp, upper and lower fairings, etc... are included in the sale. I've got bins and boxes of the stuff and it ALL has to go!!
