This truck is an excellent candidate for your restoration goals. In terms of body- It has little rust. The worst rust is in the rocker panels. They are very salvageable in my opinion. The next spot is the driver floor, at the base of the firewall, it has a small hole. Another spot, probably 1x3 inch, on the driver rocker seam in the cab. The bed has seen use, the floor, front, and tailgate took the most of it. There is small amounts of damage to the drivers side, from the door to the bed. Mechanically- I never drove the truck. I bought it as a project and I never got around to it. The motor had even compression and pulses when I initially checked it out. Only missing the distributor. Its a manual 4 speed and it appears no alterations have ever been done with the running gear. With this sale I am including a 1980(?) 12A motor and 5 speed transmission, and drive line to a 1980 rx7. To the 12a I have a Racing Beat exhaust header, pre-muffler, stock rx7 muffler, and all the piping in-between. I bought it from a guy who was abandoning his restoration rx7. I cannot confirm the condition of the motor, but if it was anything like the rest of the car, its in real nice shape. There are other parts included like oil cooler, fans, misc other things pictured.
