Up For A *NO RESERVE* Auction is a 1981 Chevy Shortbed Truck -This is a nice truck with the normal dings and scratches. Has a couple of rust spots that I took pictures of. Paint is nice and shiny everywhere except for the hood and top of cab. It is dull in these two places -Originally was a factory 6 cylinder engine but it now has a Mr. Goodwrench 350 stock motor with low miles on it. -Good running engine that does NOT smoke and starts right up -Newer 350 turbo transmission - Brand new battery installed -Interior in good shape -Newer CD/Radio installed -I installed another instrument cluster from another Chevrolet because the one that was in it when I bought it was not working. Now all the gauges work but a couple of the dash lights are burned out. -Not sure the mileage on the truck because of the instrument cluster change out. The current reading on the speedometer is 62,921. But I truly believe the truck has less that 100,000 miles on it, I just can't confirm it. -Shocks have been replaced in the past -Truck has A/C but needs to be recharged -Tires are in decent shape -Have clear title in hand -Truck is being sold with NO RESERVE.
