1988 IROC Z with 5.7 Liter L98 Tuned Port Injection 350 with T-Tops. It has 125000 miles on body and 34k on engine and transmissions once the rebuild. It is all original and has been maintained very well and always parked inside garage. This car runs strong and drives great. It can be driven daily if needed and gets lots of attention around town. It has a 700R4 automatic transmission as this was the only transmission available with the 5.7 350 and T-Top models. The interior is in excellent shape overall. There are no rips or frays in the seats or carpets and still has great color to them. The seats have the IROC Z embroidery in the headrest and is the original seats that came with the car. The dash pad is new along with the shifter plate and parts were purchased through Hawks Thirdgen. The only problem with interior is the passenger window at times doesn't stay completely on track and needs adjusted with a slight push of it to the outside. This is due to a track bar that tends to come lose from time to time. I just want to be honest about everything about the car. The exterior is in great shape with no dents and paint is an 8 out of a 10. There is some swirl marks in the clear coat if looked at with the right lighting and perfect angle. The front cap has which is famous for getting chipped up on these cars is flawless with no chips or scrapes across the bottom. The air dam is intact along with new ceramic tint which blocks 63% of summer heat on windows. It has 5% on rear hatch window and 35% on side windows. The tint is 2 months old at this point and was the most effective and expensive tint on the market and was done by a professional shop. The rims and tires are new with only a few thousand miles on them. The rims are chrome IROC rims and bring out the looks of the car tremendously over the stock rims. All bushing underneath the car has been replaced with polyurethane bushing from front to back and rides great. I have owned the car for years and it has been very fun to drive and own. I hate to sell but I have purchased the new 2014 SS and hate to see this car sit outside as the new one has taken its place in the garage and want to see it go to a good home. This car isn't new and as all cars 26 years old will have a rattle from time to time. This is a great car that doesn't need much to make it show quality. This car is also being listed locally.
